- 1½ cups red grapes (halved)
- 2 kiwis (peeled and sliced)
- 1 mango (peeled and diced)
For the honey lime dressing:
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
Optional: chopped mint for garnish.
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, grapes, kiwi, and mango.
- Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat all the pieces evenly.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
Let the salad sit for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Garnish with fresh mint if desired and serve chilled.
