Description

This Honey Lime Fruit Salad is a refreshing and vibrant dish that combines a variety of fresh fruits with a zesty honey lime dressing. It’s the perfect side dish for any summer gathering or a healthy snack option.

Ingredients

Scale

For the fruit salad:

  • 2 cups strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 1½ cups blueberries
  • 1½ cups green grapes (halved)
  • 1½ cups red grapes (halved)
  • 2 kiwis (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 mango (peeled and diced)

For the honey lime dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Optional: chopped mint for garnish.

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, grapes, kiwi, and mango.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.

  3. Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat all the pieces evenly.
  4. Let the salad sit for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Garnish with fresh mint if desired and serve chilled.

Notes

  • You can substitute or add other fruits such as pineapple, watermelon, or oranges.
  • For extra flavor, chill the salad for an hour before serving.
  • Avoid overmixing to keep the fruit from breaking down.
