Ingredients

Scale

Salmon:

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • optional paprika for color

Glaze:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional for heat)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Garnish:

  • lemon slices
  • chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Season Salmon: Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika if using.
  2. Make Glaze: Heat butter and olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet. Sauté garlic, then add honey, water, soy sauce, sriracha, and lemon juice; simmer.
  3. Cook Salmon: Place salmon in the skillet, spoon glaze over the top, and cook. Transfer skillet to a broiler and broil until cooked through and caramelized.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with lemon slices and parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For stovetop-only cooking, sear salmon on both sides, then add glaze and simmer.
  • To make dairy-free, replace butter with extra olive oil.
  • Adjust honey or sriracha to taste.
