Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, stir together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Form Cookie Dough: Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a soft dough forms, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Bake: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, flatten slightly, and bake for 9–11 minutes until golden.
- Cool and Enjoy: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
