Mahi Mahi Fillets:
- 4 mahi mahi fillets (about 6 oz each)
Marinade:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Garnish:
- lemon wedges and chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Prepare the Mahi Mahi: Pat the mahi mahi fillets dry and mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Brush both sides of the fillets with the mixture.
