Pizza:

  • 1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/3 cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts (drained and quartered)
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional crushed red pepper flakes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 475°F and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
  2. Roll out dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough to desired thickness. Transfer to parchment paper.
