Pizza:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Tzatziki Drizzle:

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup grated cucumber (squeezed dry)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 475°F.
  2. Prepare the pizza: Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano. Spread hummus, top with cheeses, tomatoes, onions, and olives.
  3. Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  4. Make the tzatziki: Mix yogurt, lemon juice, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, salt in a bowl.
