Pizza:

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Tzatziki Drizzle:
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup grated cucumber (squeezed dry)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 475°F.
- Prepare the pizza: Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano. Spread hummus, top with cheeses, tomatoes, onions, and olives.
- Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Make the tzatziki: Mix yogurt, lemon juice, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, salt in a bowl.
- Drizzle and serve: Top the pizza with cucumber, parsley, drizzle with tzatziki, season with salt and pepper.
