- Salt and black pepper to taste
Additional:
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare pastry: Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 6 equal squares or circles.
- Make filling: In a small bowl, mix the goat cheese, cream cheese, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper until smooth.
