Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the peaches: Toss the sliced peaches with 1/2 cup sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Make the batter: In a separate bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk. Pour in the melted butter and mix until smooth.
