Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious twist on classic cheeseburgers, featuring seasoned ground beef and cheddar cheese stuffed inside biscuit dough, baked until golden brown and topped with garlic butter and Parmesan. A perfect appetizer for any gathering!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Beef Filling:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

For the Bombs:

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the Beef Filling: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in ketchup and mustard. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Prepare the Bombs: Flatten each biscuit dough round, place a spoonful of the beef mixture and shredded cheddar in the center, fold the dough around the filling, pinching to seal and form a ball. Place on baking sheet.
  4. Add Garlic Butter: Mix melted butter with minced garlic, brush each dough ball, sprinkle with Parmesan.
  5. Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • You can substitute ground turkey or plant-based meat for the beef.
  • Serve with dipping sauces like ranch, ketchup, or garlic aioli.
