Parmesan Pasta:
- 8 ounces pasta, such as penne or spaghetti

- 1/4 cup reserved pasta water
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes more, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
- Combine Everything: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet along with Parmesan cheese and reserved pasta water. Toss everything together over low heat until the cheese melts and coats the pasta evenly. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
