  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak: Bring steak cubes to room temperature and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the Potatoes: In a skillet, cook halved potatoes cut side down until golden and tender. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sear the Steak: Sear steak bites in olive oil until browned. Remove from skillet.
  4. Make the Garlic Butter: Lower heat, add butter and garlic. Stir in thyme and rosemary.
  5. Finish the Dish: Return steak and potatoes to the skillet, toss to coat in garlic butter, and heat through. Garnish with parsley.
