For the Mashed Potatoes:
- 2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Mash the Potatoes: Boil potatoes until tender, then drain and mash with milk, sour cream, butter, salt, and pepper.
