- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Linguine:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 additional garlic cloves (minced)
- 12 ounces linguine pasta
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for pasta)
- 1/4 cup pasta water (reserved)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Meatballs: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan, egg, 2 cloves minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
- Cook the Meatballs: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook meatballs for 8–10 minutes until browned. Set aside.
- Make the Linguine: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Cook linguine, reserve pasta water. Add linguine, pasta water, and Parmesan to skillet. Toss until creamy.
- Combine and Serve: Return meatballs to skillet, toss gently. Serve warm, garnished with Parmesan and parsley.
