Description

These Garlic Bread Rolls are soft, fluffy, and packed with savory garlic butter flavor. Perfect as a side dish for any meal or as a tasty snack on their own.

  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
  • 1 cup warm milk (about 110°F)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted (plus more for brushing)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

Garlic Butter Topping:

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until foamy. Add melted butter, salt, and gradually mix in flour. Knead until smooth.
  2. Rise the Dough: Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  3. Prepare Garlic Butter: Mix minced garlic, parsley, and melted butter.
  4. Shape Rolls: Divide dough, shape into balls, place in baking dish. Brush with garlic butter.
  5. Final Rise and Bake: Let rise, then bake at 375°F for 18–22 minutes. Brush with butter and Parmesan.
  6. Serve: Enjoy warm.
