For decorating:
- 1/2 cup chocolate frosting (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix wet ingredients: Whisk melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mix until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients: Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined.
- Bake: Pour batter into the pan and bake for 20–25 minutes.
- Cool and decorate: Let cool, cut into football shapes, frost, and pipe laces.
