  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (plus extra for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the tin: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Blend the ingredients: In a food processor or blender, combine black beans, eggs, maple syrup, coconut oil, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth and thick.
  3. Add chocolate chips and bake: Fold in the mini chocolate chips. Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, top with extra chocolate chips if desired, and bake for 12–15 minutes.
  4. Cool and serve: Let the brownie bites cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
