  • 4 cups rice cereal squares (such as Chex)
  • 2 cups pretzel twists
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup holiday-colored chocolate candies

White Chocolate Coating:

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup red and green sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine rice cereal squares, pretzel twists, mini marshmallows, and holiday-colored chocolate candies.
  2. Melt White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  3. Coat and Set: Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture and toss until evenly coated. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Immediately top with red and green sprinkles while the coating is still wet.
  4. Allow to Set: Allow to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator until firm. Break into pieces and serve.
