½ cup milk
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Topping:

1 cup crushed potato chips or breadcrumbs


Instructions
