- 1 cup vegetable broth

- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon dried sage
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving

Instructions
