Filling:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Dough: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead until smooth. Rest for 10 minutes.
- Filling: Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Roll out dough, spread filling, roll up, and cut into pieces. Place in baking dish.
- Cover and let rise for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls.

- If you prefer extra gooey rolls, pour 1/4 cup heavy cream over the rolls before baking.
