Instructions
- Graham Cracker Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Divide the mixture among ramekins, press into the bottoms and chill.
- Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, lime juice, zest, and vanilla. Mix until creamy.
- Assembly: Spoon filling into crusts, smooth the tops, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Serving: Top with whipped cream and lime slices before serving.
Notes
- For extra tartness, add an additional tablespoon of key lime juice.
