Chicken:

Seasoning:

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Lemon Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Season the chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Make the Lemon Sauce: Reduce heat to medium, add butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Combine and Simmer: Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the lemon sauce over the top. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
