Uncooked Pasta (penne or rotini):

8 ounces

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese:

1 1/2 cups

Grated Parmesan Cheese:

1/2 cup

Ricotta Cheese (optional):

1/2 cup

Salt and Pepper:

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the Meat: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
