Cinnamon Swirl:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix Cake Batter: Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter. Pour into baking dish.
- Make Cinnamon Swirl: Mix softened butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Drop over batter and swirl gently.
- Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Prepare Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm cake.
