Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and transfer it to the baking sheet.
- Prepare Fruit Filling: Toss peaches and blueberries with cornstarch, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Spoon mixture onto the pastry.
- Assemble Tart: Fold edges of pastry, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
- Make Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm tart before serving.
