  • 1 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1 cup cashews, chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

Sweetening and Flavoring:

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Topping:

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (preferably 70% cocoa)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
  2. Mix nuts: Combine almonds, cashews, walnuts, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds in a bowl.
  3. Heat sweeteners: Heat honey and maple syrup until thickened, then add vanilla.
  4. Coat nuts: Pour sweet mixture over nuts, coat evenly.
  5. Bake: Press nut mix into pan, bake for 15-20 mins until golden.
  6. Cool: Let cool in pan.
  7. Melt chocolate: Melt dark chocolate, drizzle over nut mix.
  8. Set chocolate: Sprinkle with sea salt, let chocolate set.
  9. Serve: Cut into squares and serve.
