- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (preferably 70% cocoa)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
- Mix nuts: Combine almonds, cashews, walnuts, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds in a bowl.
- Heat sweeteners: Heat honey and maple syrup until thickened, then add vanilla.
- Coat nuts: Pour sweet mixture over nuts, coat evenly.
- Bake: Press nut mix into pan, bake for 15-20 mins until golden.
- Cool: Let cool in pan.
- Melt chocolate: Melt dark chocolate, drizzle over nut mix.
- Set chocolate: Sprinkle with sea salt, let chocolate set.
- Serve: Cut into squares and serve.
