  • ½ cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For the Sauce:

  • 1 ½ cups barbecue sauce (plus more for serving)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
