Beef Tips:
- 2 pounds beef stew meat or sirloin tips
Gravy:
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening, optional)
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add the beef tips: Place the beef tips in the slow cooker.
- Prepare the gravy: In a bowl, combine onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Pour over the beef.
