Beef Tips:

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat or sirloin tips

Gravy:

  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening, optional)

Instructions
