Coating:
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch or arrowroot powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss sweet potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the cornstarch over the potatoes and toss again until evenly coated.
