- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into thin fries
Seasoning:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish:

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Prepare Potatoes: Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
- Season: Toss fries with olive oil. Mix seasonings in a bowl and coat fries evenly.
- Bake: Spread fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
