- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Crepes: In a blender or mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Blend or whisk until smooth. Let the batter rest for 20–30 minutes. Heat a skillet, pour batter, cook, and stack crepes.
- Cream Cheese Filling: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, fold into cream cheese mixture. Spread filling on each crepe, add strawberries, roll, and top with more strawberries and powdered sugar.
