Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Creamy Ranch Sauce:

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

  2. In an oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

    Add the chicken breasts and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add the ranch seasoning mix, heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, and dried thyme.

    Stir until the sauce is smooth and well combined.

  4. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning some of the creamy sauce over the top.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately with the creamy ranch sauce.
