For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, lightly crushed
- 1 shallot, finely diced

- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small bulb roasted garlic

Instructions
- Prepare the Steaks: Pat steaks dry and season with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil until golden brown.
- Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce: Add butter and crushed garlic to the pan, basting steaks. Remove steaks to rest. Sauté shallot, deglaze with wine, add stock, cream, roasted garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until thickened.
- Finish and Serve: Return resting juices to the pan, adjust seasoning, and slice steaks. Serve with sauce drizzled on top.
Notes
- Roasted garlic adds sweetness and depth to the sauce.
- If preferred, skip the wine and use additional stock.
