- 2 tablespoons butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
For the Pasta:
- 12 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup reserved pasta water
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil rotini pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside, reserving 1/4 cup of pasta water.
- Cook the Chicken: Sauté seasoned chicken in olive oil and butter until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- Prepare the Sauce: Sauté garlic, then add cream, milk, and Parmesan. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Combine and Serve: Add pasta, pasta water, and chicken back to the skillet. Toss to coat and heat through. Garnish with parsley.
