For the Lasagna Rolls:
- 8 lasagna noodles (cooked al dente)
For the Filling:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
For Assembly and Garnish:
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix Filling: Combine chicken, ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, spices, salt, and pepper.
- Layer: Spread sauce in dish, lay noodles flat, spread filling, roll up noodles, and place seam-side down.
- Bake: Pour remaining sauce over rolls, sprinkle with mozzarella, cover with foil, bake 20 mins, then uncover and bake another 10 mins.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with parsley before serving warm.
