Instructions

  6. Combine Wet and Dry: Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Chill Dough (Optional): Chill dough for 30 minutes for easier handling.
  8. Shape Cookies: Scoop 1 tablespoon portions of dough, roll into balls, and, if using, roll in powdered sugar.
  9. Bake: Place balls 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until edges are set but centers remain soft.
  10. Cool and Enjoy: Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
