Brownie Layer:

  • 1 box (18.3 oz) fudge brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons water

Cookie Dough Layer:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips

Chocolate Ganache:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare brownie layer: Preheat oven to 350°F, grease cake pans, and prepare brownie mix as per package instructions. Bake and let cool.
  2. Make cookie dough layer: Cream butter and sugars, add milk, vanilla, flour, salt, and chocolate chips. Mix well.
  3. Assemble the cake: Layer brownies with cookie dough mixture.
  4. Prepare chocolate ganache: Heat cream, pour over chocolate chips, stir until smooth. Pour over cake.
  5. Chill and serve: Chill cake for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
