  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
  • 12 ounces frozen egg noodles (such as Reames)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Place the chicken in the crock pot. Add cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  2. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until the chicken is tender. Shred the chicken and return it to the pot.
  3. Add Noodles and Vegetables: Stir in frozen egg noodles and mixed vegetables (if using). Cook on high for another 1–1.5 hours until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Adjust and Serve: Adjust seasoning to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
