  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the streusel: Combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in softened butter until clumps form. Chill while making the dough.
  2. Make the dough: Preheat oven to 400°F. Cream cold butter with sugars. Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla. Mix in combined dry ingredients until dough forms.
