- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup whole milk

- ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Beat egg yolks: In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks with 3/4 cup sugar until thick and pale. Stir in milk and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry: Gently fold in the flour mixture into the egg yolk mixture.
- Whip egg whites: In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into the batter.
- Bake: Pour batter into pan and bake for 25–30 minutes. Cool completely.
- Soak the cake: Whisk together milks. Poke holes in cake and pour mixture over. Refrigerate.
- Make the topping: Beat cream, sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form. Spread over cake.
- Final touches: Dust with cinnamon, top with berries if desired. Serve and enjoy!
