Main Bread:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil

For the Cinnamon Swirl:
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
For the Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry and wet ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. In a separate bowl, mix egg, milk, oil, and vanilla. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until just combined.
- Prepare cinnamon swirl: In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
- Layer batter and swirl mixture: Pour half of the batter into the pan, spoon half of the cinnamon swirl on top, swirl gently with a knife. Repeat with remaining batter and swirl.
- Bake and glaze: Bake for 45–50 minutes. Let cool, then mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for glaze. Drizzle over loaf.
