  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare cream cheese filling: In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Assemble pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a 10×12-inch rectangle. Spread the cream cheese mixture over half of the pastry. Fold the pastry in half and press gently to seal.
  4. Prepare cinnamon sugar topping: Combine cinnamon and brown sugar. Brush the pastry with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
