Instructions
- Prepare Dough: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add cake mix and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Chill Dough: Cover and refrigerate dough for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Shape Cookies: Scoop dough into balls, roll in powdered sugar, place on baking sheet, and decorate with sprinkles if desired.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set but centers are still soft.
- Cool and Enjoy: Cool on pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
