Instructions

  1. For the crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
  2. For the cranberry jam: Cook cranberries, sugar, orange juice, and zest in a saucepan until thickened. Let cool.
  3. For the cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, eggs, and sour cream. Bake in crust for 50–60 minutes. Cool and chill.
  4. For the white chocolate mousse: Melt white chocolate with cream, then mix with cream cheese and vanilla. Whip remaining cream and fold into chocolate mixture.
  5. Assembly: Spread cranberry jam over chilled cheesecake layer. Top with white chocolate mousse. Refrigerate until set. Serve topped with whipped cream and sugared cranberries.
