For the Crust:
- 1 package (14.3 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Peanut Butter Layer:
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, divided
For the Chocolate Pudding Layer:
- 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
For Topping:
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
- Chocolate syrup (for drizzling, optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Make the Peanut Butter Layer: Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping, then spread this mixture over the cookie crust.
- Prepare the Chocolate Pudding: Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Spread the pudding over the peanut butter layer.
- Assemble and Chill: Top with the remaining whipped topping, mini chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, and chocolate syrup. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For added crunch, sprinkle crushed pretzels between the layers.
- You can swap the peanut butter layer with Nutella or almond butter for variation.
