Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate and butter: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Prepare cookie dough: In a large bowl, whisk together sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Mix in melted chocolate. Sift dry ingredients and fold into wet mixture. Chill dough.
- Assembly: Scoop dough, wrap around a chocolate truffle, and place on baking sheet.
