Description

  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the Ganache and Topping:

  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam, warmed

Instructions

  2. Make the Ganache: Heat cream, pour over chocolate and salt. Stir in vanilla. Pour into crust.
