- ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
- Prepare Crust: Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into the pan to form a crust.
- Make Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Pour over crust.
- Add Cherry Filling: Spoon cherry pie filling over the cheesecake layer and swirl gently.
- Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes until set. Cool, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Make Chocolate Ganache: Heat heavy cream, pour over chocolate chips, stir until smooth. Spread over bars.
