  • For the Topping:

  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
  2. Prepare Crust: Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into the pan to form a crust.
  3. Make Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Pour over crust.
