  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the chicken: Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness. Dredge in a mixture of flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken: Sear chicken in olive oil and butter until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.
