Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup crispy rice cereal

Syrup Mixture:

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts or dried fruit

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Combine oats and rice cereal in a large bowl.
  2. Make the Syrup: In a saucepan, melt butter, honey, and brown sugar. Boil for 1 minute, then add vanilla and salt.
